George completed his championship owner handled with a five point major under Judge Mary Ann Brocious at The Orange Empire Kennel Club in San Bernardino, CA. George started his show career with a Grand Sweepstakes win at the Orange Coast Boxer Club under breeder judge Marianne Caprino and a Best Puppy in Sweepstakes under Breeder Judge Wendy Morawski. George finished with three major wins. The other judges who awarded George his champion points were: John Ramirez, Joseph Gregory and George Stebbins.
George has proven himself a worthy producer. He is the product of six generations of ABC Sires of Merit. Several of his beautiful daughters are featured in our site.
As with other notable Telstar Boys from the past, George filled a very special place not only in our breeding program, but also in our hearts, not to mention our couch. As number “one”, he relished his standing in our congenial family group. He was the undisputed leader of his domain. All this without ever uttering one mean growl. George happily ruled the roost with his side kick and best buddy Lance. He tolerated the bossy girls and kept a keen, watchful eye on the occasional puppy. Truly, a boxer who exemplified the boxer standard to the fullest.
